Creamy mayonnaise and ranch together mixed together makes the most delicious sauce to coat veggies. We used Brussels sprouts, but mix it up and use broccoli, green beans, mushrooms or spaghetti squash!

4 cups Brussels sprouts, ends removed and halved
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup ranch dressing
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
8 cups baby kale
½ cup chopped walnuts
Steam brussels sprouts until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Set aside.
While sprouts are steaming, mix mayonnaise, ranch dressing, sea salt and black pepper in a bowl until well combined.
Toss sprouts in the mayonnaise mixture until all are coated and serve over baby kale, garnishing with chopped walnuts.
