This festive ice-crema pie is full of healthy fats to keep you burning fat as fuel. Our Grape Prime D+ adds the classic flavor of grape without added sugars and carbs, keep a box handy in your pantry so that you can prepare this pie any time you like!

1 ¾ cup almond flour
1/3 cup Keto brown sweetener, such as Swerve
Pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup butter, melted
2 cups Keto vanilla ice-cream
4 ounces plain cream cheese
½ cup full-fat sour cream
2 packets of Real Ketones Grape Prime D+
Optional: Red & Blue natural food coloring to create a purple color
Pulse all of the crust ingredients together in a food processor until crumbly.
Use your fingers to spread the crust in a 9” pie pan so that it is evenly distributed.
Add all of the pie ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until very creamy. If using food coloring, start with about 5 drops each of red and blue so that it creates a purple color to your liking. Add more drops of each color if you prefer a darker purple.
Pour the pie filling into the crust and smooth out with the back of a large spoon or baker’s spatula.
Place in the freezer until ready to serve with optional whipped cream and sprinkles.
Serve between 8, storing any leftovers in the freezer for up to 1 week.
