We’ve been loving holiday platters this season! They’re perfect to arrange before your loved ones arrive or to take with you to a gathering. This platter is served with a simple dressing that we blended with fresh basil, you’ll see how fast and easy it is to keep your holidays keto with this idea!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 3-5 minutes to blend dressing
Ingredients:
1 batch of Basil Ranch Dressing (recipe below)
1-3 varieties of cheese
2-3 varieties of veggies (radish, cucumber, green beans, endive, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, etc.)
2-3 varieties of meat, rolled up (turkey, pastrami, ham, etc.)
Garnishes: Fresh rosemary, fresh parsley, fresh berries, fresh cranberries, etc.
Instructions:
Arrange everything as you like on a large platter.
Fill in any gaps with garnishes.
Store in the fridge until your party. If there are leftovers, store in the fridge in a glass container for up to a week.

Cooking Time: 5 minutes to toast walnuts
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh basil leaves
2 cups of bottled ranch dressing
1 teaspoon dried seasonings of your choice
Instructions:
Blend fresh basil leaves with ranch dressing until creamy and well combined.
Serve on your Christmas Platter in a separate jar, sprinkling with optional dried seasonings, storing any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to one week.
