We’re loving these bright and zesty Lemon Bars topped with a glaze made from our Lean for Life Prime D+ or Weight Loss with a sweet lemon filling baked on top of a buttery almond crust. Make this and enjoy throughout the week, or deliver it to a friend or family member, they will definitely be happy to receive a treat that is actually good for them!

1 ½ cups almond flour
1 tablespoons erythritol
Pinch of sea salt
½ cup butter
4 large eggs
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup erythritol
¾ cup fresh lemon juice
Zest from 3 fresh lemons
1 packet Lemon Twist Prime D+ or Weight Loss
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
Toasted & Slivered Almonds
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix crust ingredients in one bowl and filling ingredients in another. Gently fold together until a dough has formed.
Place crust on a large piece of parchment paper and fit into a 9x13” baking pan. With your fingers or a baker’s spatula, press dough flat in the pan so that it covers it evenly.
Bake in the oven until it has begun to golden in color, about 11 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to completely cool.
While cooking, mix all of the filling ingredients until well-combined.
Pour onto the cooled crust and continue to bake until set, about 25 minutes, checking on it after about 20 minutes and then to prevent burning.
Prepare your lemon glaze by whisking Lemon Twist Prime D+ or Weight Loss and melted coconut oil in a small bowl. Set aside.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before spreading with your lemon glaze and slicing into squares, garnishing with optional almonds.
Store any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
