Ingredients:
Crust & Topping:
½ cup almond flour
½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tablespoon powdered Erythritol
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Filling:
8 ounces of plain cream cheese
1 tablespoon powdered Erythritol
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Zest from 1 fresh lemon
1 packet of Real Ketones Lemon Twist Keto Lean for Life
2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions:

Pulse all Crust & Topping ingredients together in a food processor until crumbly and set aside.

Pulse all filling ingredients together and set aside.

With half of your Crust & Topping ingredients, divide between 4 small glasses or jars. This is your crust.

Divide your filling 4 ways and fill on top of each crust.

Finish by garnishing each glass with the rest of your Crust & Topping ingredients.

Garnish with a fresh slime of lemon.
