Keto Lemon Drop Martini

Ingredients:
Sugar Free Simple Syrup:
¼ cup water
¼ cup granulated monk fruit
Cocktails:
2 tablespoons granulated monk fruit to line glass rims
¼ cup water
8 ounces vodka
2 packets of Real Ketones Lemon Shift
4 ounces fresh lemon juice
1 recipe for sugar-free simple syrup
Instructions:
To prepare the sugar-free simple syrup, add water and monk fruit to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before making your cocktails.
To prepare the cocktails, add monk fruit to a shallow bowl and water to a separate shallow bowl. Dip each glass rim into the water, then the monk fruit, until there is a thin line of sweetener on each rim.
Add remaining cocktail ingredients to a shaker and shake, covered, until well-combined.
Pour in 4 serving glasses.
Serve immediately.
