1 ¼ cups almond flour
¼ cup Keto granulated monk fruit sweetener
¾ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup raw, shelled pistachios
1 packet of Real Ketones Lemon Twist Lean for Life powder
1 large egg
1 teaspoon almond extract
Zest from 1 medium fresh lemon
Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C).
Mix the almond flour, monk fruit sweetener, baking powder, sea salt, pistachios, and Real Ketones Lemon Twist Lean for Life powder in a large mixing bowl. Mix the egg, almond extract, and lemon zest in another bowl. Combine the wet ingredients in the dry and mix well.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the batter on the parchment paper and form into a large rectangle, about 1” thick and 10” long.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
When cool, slice into 6 long strips, about 1” thick. Slice again into 12 halves.
Serve between 12, storing any leftovers in an airtight container on the countertop for up to 3 days.
