Keto Lemon Twist Crepes

4 large eggs
¼ cup plain & unsweetened almond milk
4 ounces plain cream cheese
2/3 cup almond flour
¼ teaspoon sea salt

Whipped Cream:
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon Keto powdered sugar


Prepare your whipped cream by blending the cream ingredients in a blender or mix with a hand mixer for a few minutes, or until stiff peaks form. Keep cook in the fridge until ready to use.

Add all crepe ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until very well-combined.

Grease a skillet set to medium heat.

Pour ¼ of the batter into the skillet and allow to cover the whole pan, not moving around once in the pan.

When the batter has set, carefully lift around the edges with a baker’s spatula and fold in half and turn off the heat.

Repeat with the remaining batter so that you make 4 crepes in total.

Serve immediately between 2 with whipped cream and optional fresh berries, storing any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
