Keto Lemony Whipped Feta
Who doesn’t love the bright and tangy flavor of fresh feta cheese? Well, how about the bright, tangy, lemony and creamy flavor of whipped feta cheese? This recipe takes a few minutes to prepare and will add big flavor to your favorite Keto-friendly crudites, a batch of scrambled eggs, a pan of baked chicken or hey, right off the spoon!

8 ounces feta cheese
1 packet of Real Ketones Lemon Twist Lean for Life
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill weed, minced
1 tablespoon pine nuts
Place feta cheese in the bowl of a food processor, breaking it up as you arrange it in the bowl.
Sprinkle the Real Ketones Lemon Twist Lean for Life over the feta. Season with black pepper and fresh lemon juice.
Pulse until the cheese is very creamy, about 2 minutes. At first the cheese will only be crumbly, so keep pulsing until it is creamy.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with olive oil, fresh parsley and dill, and pine nuts.
Serve between 8, with Keto-friendly crudites, storing any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
