Keto Lobster Tail

Looking for something extra fancy to make this holiday? Try our roasted lobster tail, rich in flavor and healthy fats. This dish is amazing served alongside a tray of roasted asparagus or with some juicy steak!

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

4 3-ounce lobster tails
6 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice


Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Rinse lobster tails and carefully cut their shells with kitchen scissors, spreading open but leaving the meat of the lobster in their shells.

Pour melted butter over each lobster tail and season with sea salt and black pepper.

Place on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque in color.

Remove from the oven and garnish with additional butter, fresh lemon juice and minced parsley.

Serve between 4 with optional roasted asparagus, storing any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
