Cooking Time: 30 minutes to freeze
½ cup natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons erythritol
2 tablespoons cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup dried & unsweetened shredded coconut
1 bag of Real Ketones Keto Caramel Popcorn
1/3 cup stevia-sweetened chocolate chips, melted
1 tablespoon dried & unsweetened shredded coconut
Add peanut butter and coconut oil to a big bowl and heat in the microwave until the coconut oil is melted, about 30-45 seconds. Stir well.
Stir in the remaining ingredients until very well-combined.
Pour into an 8 ½” x 4 ½” baking tin lined with parchment paper and smooth out.
Spread melted chocolate on top and smooth out. Sprinkle dried coconut on top.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until everything is set and solid.
Remove and break into squares.
Serve between 8, storing any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
