Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes to cook & 8 hours to refrigerate
Ingredients:
Orange Layer:
½ cup cold water
3 .25-ounce packets of unflavored gelatin
½ cup hot water
3 cups diet orange soda
2 packets of Real Ketones Orange Blast Keto Lean for Life
Vanilla Layer:
½ cup cold water
3 .25-ounce packets of unflavored gelatin
½ cup hot water
2 cups Keto-friendly vanilla ice-cream, melted
Instructions:
Set your ice-cream on the countertop if you need to thaw it.
To prepare your orange layer, pour cold water in a bowl and sprinkle gelatin packets over it, stirring well, until completely absorbed. It will be thick.
Add hot water to the bowl and stir very well again until everything is absorbed.
Mix in diet orange soda and Real Ketones Orange Blast Keto Lean for Life.
Pour into a 9x13” dish that has been greased with butter, coconut oil or avocado oil. Place in the fridge and allow to firm up. There may be a froth on the top of your orange layer but it will go away as its firming in the fridge.
After 3 hours, prepare your vanilla layer by adding cold water to a bowl and sprinkling it with the remaining 3 packets of gelatin. Stir very well until thick and then add hot water, stirring again until absorbed. Stir in your melted ice-cream and set aside.
Remove your orange layer from the fridge and divide in half, leaving half of the orange layer in the dish and half on a plate. Carefully cut both halves into small squares. Arrange the layer that is already in the dish in an even, spread out layer. Pour the vanilla layer over the orange squares, then add the remaining half of the orange layer back to the dish. Press down on the orange so that it is covered in the vanilla layer. Return to the fridge and allow to firm for at least 4 more hours.
Remove from the fridge and cut into 16 squares.
Serve between 16, storing any leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
Enjoy!
