Keto Orange Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken:
1 6-ounce boneless & skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Vinaigrette:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 packet Real Ketones Orange Blast Prime D+
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Garnish: 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced

Instructions:

Marinate your chicken breast for about 10 minutes (or up to overnight) before ready to cook.

Whisk your vinaigrette ingredients very well until it is a creamy and thick consistency.

Heat a cast-iron skillet to medium heat and place chicken breast (and excess marinade drippings) on the skillet when it is hot.

Allow to sear, not moving once in the skillet, for about 8 minutes per side.

Remove from the skillet and serve with the vinaigrette and minced fresh rosemary.

Store any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
