A simple green salad gets taken up a notch with flavorful pastrami and smoked paprika sauce. Make this in advance to take to work or enjoy right now!

Ingredients: Salad: A few radicchio leaves 2 cups baby kale 2 medium radishes, chopped 8 green olives 4-5 slices of deli pastrami Smoked Paprika Sauce: 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 teaspoon mustard ½ teaspoon sea salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions:
Toss all salad ingredients in a bowl (add pastrami slices on top or chop up and toss them in the salad).
Mix the smoked paprika sauce ingredients until well combined, sprinkling another dash of pepper and paprika on top of the sauce.
