Keto Peach Crumble

Ingredients:
Crust & Topping:
2 cups almond flour
½ cup Keto granulated sweetener
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 ¼ cup cold butter, cut into small cubes
¼ cup Keto brown sugar
Peach Filling:
⅔ cup Keto granulated sweetener
1 cup almond flour
2 packets of Real Ketones Peach Caffeinated Prime Shift D-BHB Powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ fresh peach, pitted and diced
⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 F (178 C).
Grease a 9x13” baking pan or line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
Pulse the crust and topping ingredients together in a food processor, beginning with the almond flour, Keto sweetener and sea salt, followed by the butter, in small batches. Do not add the brown sugar at this point. Pulse until the dough is crumbly. Press half of the dough into the greased or lined baking pan, saving the other half to use later.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove and allow to completely cool.
Prepare the topping by mixing the Keto brown sugar into the remaining half of the crust. It should be clumpy, not perfectly mixed in. Set aside.
Make the peach filling by mixing the dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Gently combine them and pour the filling onto the cooled crust. Dalop the topping over the filling so that it covers the filling evenly.
Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack in the fridge for 2 hours before slicing and serving.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
