Keto plates like this are a cinch to put together when you keep staples such as eggs, bacon, avocado and pesto sauce in the fridge. Arrange this on a plate or chop up and layer over a bed of greens for a tasty salad!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes if hard-boiling an egg and cooking bacon
½ cup pre-made pesto sauce
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced in half
2 slices of bacon, cooked
½ medium avocado
5-10 green olives
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook bacon on a baking tray lined with parchment paper until crispy, about 10 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool. Once cool, chop into bite-sized pieces.
While the bacon is cooking, fill a small sauce pan with water, place egg in the water and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and allow to cool in the fridge until ready to peel and serve.
Arrange everything on a plate or pack in a glass container to take to work.
