With just a few ingredients, you’ll have a mouth-watering keto meal to keep you feeling strong and healthy. We used grass-fed Polish sausages that were pre-cooked which speeds up the cooking time for this tasty classic.

2 grass-fed Polish sausages, sliced
1 tablespoon ghee or butter
4 cups shredded green cabbage
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 small avocado, peeled and halved
Heat a cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat. When hot, add sliced Polish sausage and if purchased fully-cooked, allow to sear on each side until heated through, about 2 minutes per side, or, if using raw sausage, until fully cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
Once done, set aside on a plate.
Add ghee or butter to the cast-iron skillet, followed by the shredded cabbage and toss well. Season with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and coconut aminos.
Sauté until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve on two plates (or package in glass containers until ready to serve), alongside Polish sausage and one half of an avocado.
