This is the ultimate Autumn cold brew, we love how sweet and creamy it is!

1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of fine sea salt
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon Keto confectioners’ sugar
¼ cup canned pumpkin puree
1 cup ice-cubes
2 cups prepared cold brew coffee
Garnish: ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Add heavy whipping cream, pure vanilla extract, fine sea salt and pumpkin pie spice to a blender. Blend on high speed until stiff peaks have formed and the cream is very thick. Add pumpkin puree to the cream mixture and blend again until well-combined. Set aside.
Add ice-cubes to two serving mugs, glasses or jars.
Fill each mug with 1 cup of prepared cold brew coffee so that the mug is ¾ full.
Fill the rest of the mugs with the pumpkin cream mixture. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or additional pumpkin pie spice.
