Ingredients:
4 slices of deli smoked turkey
¼ red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
4 kalamata olives, sliced
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 sprigs of parsley
Instructions:
Place turkey slices on a large cutting board or tray. Arrange red bell pepper slices, 1 tablespoon each of mayonnaise, sliced olives, and a sprig of parsley each slice of turkey.
Carefully roll, placing gently pressure on each roll to keep them from unraveling.
