Keto Roast Beef & Veggie Plate

We like keeping staples such as roast beef, high-quality mayonnaise and hard-boiled eggs in our fridge so that we can whip up a fast keto plate anytime we need. If you prefer less spice, use less or no hot sauce, and of course, if you prefer more, bring on the heat!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes to hard-boil an egg & steam spinach

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 ounces of sliced roast beef
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced in half
½ cup radish, sliced
2 cups of baby spinach, raw or steamed

Instructions:

If using steamed spinach, steam and set aside (raw spinach is also a great option).

Mix the mayonnaise, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and hot sauce in a bowl until it is well combined and store in a small jar until ready to use.

Arrange the roast beef, hard-boiled egg, radish and spinach on a plate.

Use the mayonnaise and hot sauce as a dip or pour over the entire plate, whichever you prefer works!
