4 ounces smoked salmon, torn in small pieces
½ red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Arrange mixed greens in a bowl and layer with torn pieces of smoked salmon and chopped red bell pepper.
When ready to serve, toss with vinaigrette.
