2 teaspoons garlic powder
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup parsley, chopped
2 whole scallions, minced
8 ounces of smoked trout, skin removed
4 tablespoons olive oil
Juice & zest from ½ fresh lemon
Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor until well combined.
Serve alongside your favorite keto veggies, such as celery.
