Keto Smoked Turkey & Cheddar Roll Ups

It doesn’t get easier than these smoked turkey and cheddar roll ups. No cooking means more time to enjoy all the activities you’re involved in now that you’re feeling clear and energized from eating keto! Keep these in the fridge throughout the week and get creative with different slices of meats and cheeses!

Ingredients:
6 slices of deli smoked turkey
6 pieces of pre-sliced sharp cheddar cheese
½ red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
Several sprigs of parsley

Instructions:

Place smoked turkey slices on a large cutting board or tray. Arrange cheese slices, red bell pepper slices, 1 teaspoon each of mayonnaise, a sprig of parsley and sea salt and black pepper on each slice of turkey.

Carefully roll, placing gently pressure on each roll to keep them from unraveling.
