Keto Smokey Tuna Salad

Canned tuna is one of our pantry-staples and this time we mixed it up with some crunchy almond flour and smoky spices like smoked paprika and ground cumin. This is delicious served with some fresh greens or your favorite Keto-friendly veggie…we like it straight out of the bowl, too!

Cooking Time: 0 minutes

Ingredients:

1 5-ounce can of tuna packed in water, drained
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
¼ red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 whole scallion, minced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced

Instructions:

Gently toss all ingredients together in a bowl and serve between 2 over greens or with Keto-friendly veggies, storing any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
