Whip these tasty skewers up the next time you want to share a tasty keto snack with loved ones, or make a batch and snack on throughout the week. We used extra sharp cheddar cheese and salami, but mix it up and use whatever cheese and meats you’ve got in your kitchen!

5 wooden skewers
5 1-ounce cubes of sharp cheddar cheese
5 grape tomatoes
10 green pitted olives
5 slices of salami
Garnish: 1 tablespoon olive oil
Thread 5 wooden skewers with 1 1-ounce cube of cheese, 1 grape tomato, 2 green olives and 1 slice of salami.
Drizzle olive oil over each skewer.
Set out on a plate and serve as a snack between 5, storing any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
