We used an air-fryer for this delicious cauliflower coated in our Spicy Nacho Cheese Fried chips. If you don’t have an air-fryer, you can bake these in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, tossing after 10 minutes.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
4 cups cauliflower florets
½ cup almond flour
1 bags of Real Ketones Spicy Nacho Cheese Chips
4 tablespoons avocado oil
Instructions:
Whisk heavy whipping cream, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and chili powder in a large shallow bowl.
Toss cauliflower florets in the cream mixture and allow to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Pulse almond flour and Real Ketones Spicy Nacho Cheese Chips in a food processor until is it fine and crumbly.
Sprinkle flour and chip mixture over the marinated cauliflower so that it coats it evenly. Gently pat it onto the cauliflower so that it is sticking well.
Carefully arrange the coated cauliflower in an air-fryer and fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Store in a glass container for up to 5 days, heating in your air-fryer for 5 minutes when reheating leftovers.
Enjoy!
