Keto Spinach Artichoke Goat Cheese Dip

Who doesn’t love a creamy hot spinach artichoke dip? We love ours, too, and this special recipe is packed with goat cheese and finished off with ranch dressing and lemon juice and zest, making it an extra flavorful punch of healthy fats in your day!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Baking Time: 10 minutes


3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups frozen spinach
1 cup frozen artichoke hearts
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 ounces soft goat cheese
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
Lemon juice & zest from ¼ fresh lemon


Add olive oil to a small saucepan and bring to medium-low heat.

Add frozen spinach and frozen artichoke hearts and sauté until defrosted and soft and most of the excess water in the pan has evaporated.

Stir in remaining ingredients until very creamy.

Remove from the heat.

Serve between 4 with your favorite Keto-friendly crudités, storing any leftovers in an airtight container for up to one week.
