Keto Strawberry Lemonade Mousse

Summer time calls for sweet treats such as this recipe for Keto Strawberry Lemonade Mousse! We took a childhood classic, Jello, and paired it with our sophisticated Lemon Twist Lean for Life for the ultimate dessert that will have you chillin’ in no time! 


Prep Time: 10 minutes + 2 hours to chill in freezer & fridge 

Cooking Time: 0 minutes 


Ingredients:

Strawberry Jello:

1 .3-ounce box of sugar-free Strawberry Jello 

1 cup hot water

1 cup cold water

Lemon Jello:

1 .3-ounce box sugar-free Lemon Jello

1 packet of Real Ketones Lemon Twist Lean for Life 

1 cup

12 ounces plain cream cheese

1 cup sugar-free Cool Whip

Garnishes:

Fresh lemon OR strawberry slices 


Instructions:


Open the packets of sugar-free Lemon Strawberry and pour it into a mixing bowl.


Pour 1 cup of hot water over the Jello and whisk vigorously until all of the packet has dissolved in the water. 


Transfer to a blender and add 6 ounces of the plain cream cheese and one half cup of the sugar-free Cool Whip. Blend on high until very creamy and well-combined.


Pour into 4 serving glasses in equal amounts and be careful to create clean top-lines of the Jello mixture. Place in the freezer to cool for 30 minutes.


Once 30 minutes have passed, prepare the next round of Jello.


Open the packets of sugar-free Lemon Lemon and pour it into a mixing bowl.


Pour 1 cup of hot water over the Jello and whisk vigorously until all of the packet has dissolved in the water. Once dissolved, add the Real Ketones Lemon Twist Lean for Life and 1 cup of cold water and whisk well.


Transfer to a blender and add 6 ounces of the plain cream cheese and one half cup of the sugar-free Cool Whip. Blend on high until very creamy and well-combined.


Remove the Strawberry Jellos from the freezer and place on a countertop. Carefully pour the Lemon Jello in equal amounts on top of the Strawberry Jello, creating a clean top-line.


Place in the fridge to chill for 1 hour before serving. After 1 hour, garnish with optional lemon or strawberry slices. 


Serve between 4, storing any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
