1 bunch of celery, cut into 3” sticks
8 ounces of plain cream cheese, at room temperature
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 medium garlic clove, peeled & minced
1/5 cup green pimento-stuffed olives
¼ cup fresh parsley
1 medium scallion, minced
Add all ingredients except celery to a food processor and pulse until very creamy.
Spread cream cheese mixture into celery sticks and arrange on a platter.
Serve between 4, storing any leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
