This is a super easy way to transform a common healthy fat into something bursting with extra tasty flavor! We used the flavors of Summer to create this spread that is delicious on roasted veggies, meats, scrambles or used in tomato-based stews.

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
5 fresh basil leaves
4 whole sun-dried tomatoes, packed in olive oil
2 tablespoons of the sun-dried tomato olive oil from jar
Instructions:
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor or blender until well-combined.
Serve between 4 with any of your favorite Keto-friendly veggies or meats, storing any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for 1 week.
