Our Lemon Twist Powder (Lean for Life or Weight Loss) tastes wonderful in this savory mustard chicken dish, finished with some fresh greens and flavor-packed sun-dried tomatoes. We love the sweet and crunchy crust in every bite, we’re putting this on our menu all throughout the year!

Ingredients:
2 boneless & skinless chicken thighs
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons grain mustard
1 packet of Real Ketones Lemon Twist Powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups baby spinach
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil
Instructions:
Mix olive oil, grain mustard, Lemon Twist powder, sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder in a shallow bowl.
Place chicken thighs in the bowl and toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
Heat a skillet to medium heat. Cook chicken thighs in the skillet, tossing a few times, until it its completely cooked through and the olive oil mixture is brown and crumbly, about 12 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low and add baby spinach and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet, stuffing the spinach around and under the chicken until it has wilted.
Remove from the heat and serve between two, storing any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
