Get ready for the big game with these Keto Pinwheels! Packed with cream cheese, ranch dressing, bacon, cheese, olives, and jalapeno peppers, they are sure to be a satisfying bite in-between plays!

2 strips cooked bacon, minced
3 Keto-friendly wraps, such as egg wraps
6 ounces plain cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ raw jalapeno, seeds removed & minced
10 green or black canned olives, minced
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Cook the bacon strips in a frying pan set to medium heat until crispy and let cool. When cool, mince and set aside.
Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing until well-combined.
Arrange Keto wraps on the countertop. Spread each wrap with an equal amount of the cream cheese mixture. Layer with equal amounts of minced bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, minced jalapeno, minced olives, sea salt, and black pepper.
Roll into pinwheels, or sushi, and slice each roll into 8 pieces. Arrange on a serving dish or platter.
Serve between 8 (3 pinwheels each) and store any leftovers in an airtight container on the countertop for up to 5 days.
