Keto Taco Dip

Cooking Time: 0 minutes to cook & 1 hour to drain tomatoes

1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
2 cups full-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons taco seasonings
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
½ cup shredded Mexican cheese
2 tablespoons fresh scallion, chopped


Allow chopped cherry tomatoes to drain their excess water by placing in a fine mesh strainer over a bowl for about an hour before using.

When ready to make, mix all ingredients in a bowl very well-combined and creamy. Garnish with shredded cheese and scallion.

Serve between 8 with Keto and low carb crudites and our Keto Chips, storing any leftovers in sealed jar for up to one week.
