Keto Thai Sliders

Serves 4

These sliders may be small in size, but they are big in flavor! Fresh mint leaves brighten their savory taste and aids in digestion, a win-win, if you ask us. We like using ground pork, but try them with beef, chicken or turkey and let us know your favorite combo!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
Marinade:
4 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil
4 tablespoons coconut aminos
2 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
Sliders:
1 pound of ground pork
¼ cup mint leaves, minced
½ cup cilantro, minced
¼ cup basil leaves, minced
Optional Mayo Sauce:
4 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl and then divide in half (half will be used in the sliders and half will be used as a dipping sauce).

In a bowl, mix ground pork with half of the marinade until well combined. Gently fold in the minced mint, basil and cilantro.

Form 8 two-inch patties with your hands and place on an oven-proof skillet or baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes.

Serve with the remaining marinade and mayonnaise topped with sesame seeds.

Enjoy!
