Sauteed shiitake and garlic tops a crispy slice of Keto bread for a delicious and nutritious snack! We served ours with a fried egg!

1 slice of keto-friendly bread
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 medium garlic clove, peeled & minced
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Add butter to a skillet and bring to low heat. Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and minced garlic and season with sea salt, black pepper and oregano until the mushrooms are soft and the garlic is golden, about 10 minutes.
Toast bread and layer with sauteed shiitake mushrooms and garnish with parsley.
