This tasty Keto snack is perfect to make to share with a few people or to have throughout the week for a quick bite of protein and fat. These are delicious served on their own and they’re a flavorful addition to a salad or scramble.

2 slices of bacon
8 slices of deli turkey
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons canned black olives, sliced
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried dill
4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and arrange bacon slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake until crispy, about 10 minutes. Set aside and chop when cool.
Arrange turkey slices on a large cutting board or platter and spread ½ tablespoon onto each slice, followed by ½ tablespoon black olives, ½ tablespoon chopped parsley, and a sprinkle of sea salt, black pepper and dried dill.
Carefully roll each slice up and slice into 1” pieces.
Arrange on a tray, storing any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for 3 days.
