These are sweet and creamy and so satisfying for days that you need a little sweet treat to enjoy. Vanilla protein powder helps to provide you protein so make a big batch of these to have throughout the week!
2 scoops of keto-friendly vanilla protein powder 1 tablespoon almond flour ¼ teaspoon sea salt ½ tsp. vanilla bean powder 1 tablespoon (Any sugar free sweetener of your choice) ½ cup tahini 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions:
Line a muffin tin with 6 parchment paper muffin liners.
Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl and all wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Combine ingredients slowly, stirring together until it is a batter consistency.
Scoop a heaping spoonful each of batter into liners and flatten a bit with the back of your spoon.
Freeze for at least 10 minutes.
Remove from the freezer and store in a glass container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
