Keto Veggie Stir-Fry with Garlic Butter

A classic stir-fry gets the most decadent upgrade by simply mixing sea salt and garlic in ghee or butter. Enjoy this mouth-watering dish and see how easy it is to whip up a keto meal any day of the week!

1 tablespoon ghee or butter
2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, diced
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 medium zucchini, ends removed and diced
Garlic Butter:
1/3 cup ghee or butter
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder


Heat ghee or butter in a large skillet set to medium low.

Sauté diced chicken with sea salt and black pepper until it is nearly cooked though, about 10 minutes.

Add red bell pepper, broccoli and zucchini and continue to sauté until the veggies are soft and the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.

While the stir-fry is cooking, make the garlic butter by mixing ghee or butter with sea salt and garlic powder in a bowl until well combined.

Serve stir-fry with a generous scoop of garlic butter.
