There’s nothing more delicious than a fresh waffle right off the griddle to enjoy so get these on your menu for this weekend! We served ours with a pat of grass-fed butter, some sugar-free syrup, freshly whipped cream and a handful of blueberries, yum!

Ingredients: 2 large eggs 2 tablespoons almond flour 2 tablespoons coconut flour ½ teaspoon baking powder Pinch of sea salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 ½ tablespoons coconut oil, melted Optional Garnishes: Butter Whipped Cream Sugar-Free Syrup Blueberries
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until everything is well-combined.
Heat a waffle iron and once hot, pour half of the batter onto the iron and shut the lid and allow to cook until the waffle iron’s ready signal turns on.
