Keto Walnut & Coconut No-Bake Cookies

It’s nice to have a sweet treat ready for you without needing to bake a big batch of something, so we created these no-bake walnut and coconut cookies that will satisfy your craving for something sweet while leaving you feeling vibrant and ready for whatever is next in your day!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 tablespoons erythritol
1/4 cup walnut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 cup dried & unsweetened shredded coconut


Mix melted butter and erythritol until well-combined.

Add walnut butter and melted coconut oil and mix well.

Add shredded coconut and mix well, pressing with the back of a baker’s spatula so that a dough consistency has formed.

With your hands, form 8 balls and flatten a bit.

Place on a plate and allow to chill in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
