Keto Watermelon Ice
A frozen treat is satisfying on a hot day, so we are enjoying the refreshing tastes of this Keto Watermelon Ice! It hits the spot for a sweet, slushy-like treat!

Cooking Time: 0 minutes + 4 hours to freeze
1 cup fresh watermelon chunks
2 packets of Real Ketones Watermelon Shift D-BHB
2 cups water
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until very smooth.
Pour into a freezer-safe glass bowl and place in the freezer for 1 hour. After 1 hour, remove and scrape with a fork until it is slushy-like in texture.
Place back in the freezer for 3 hours. 10 minutes prior to serving, remove from the freezer to become soft enough to scoop.
Serve between 4, storing any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
