Keto Zucchini Sliders

Serves 6

It’s hard not to want to make these Zucchini Sliders all of the time once you bite into its delicious melted cheddar cheese and perfectly seasoned ground pork patties! These are great to whip up for a special event or holiday, but honestly, we’re making them for plain ol’ regular days, too!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes


1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 medium zucchini, sliced in (12) 1-inch discs
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ pound of ground pork sausage
(6) 1-ounce slices of cheddar cheese


Heat a skillet set to medium heat. Add avocado oil and zucchini slices, seasoning with sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder.

Allow zucchini slices to sear (do not move once set in the skillet) for about 4 minutes per side. When done, set aside.

While the zucchini is searing, form 6 small ground pork sausage slider patties with your hands and set on a plate until ready to cook.

After the zucchini is done, add the slider patties to the skillet and allow to sear until browned (not moving once in the pan until ready to flip), about 4 minutes per side.

Place a slice of cheese on each patty and turn off the heat. Cover with a lid and allow the cheese to melt.

With tongs, place a patty with melted cheese between 2 zucchini slices, securing with an optional toothpick.

Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
