Lemon Poppy Seed Fat Bombs

Keep these made up and ready to nibble on post workout or for times that you need a little extra fat to hold you over. They are bright and sweet, thanks to our Lemon Twist packets (Lean for Life or Weight Loss), and they will leave you feeling satisfied and nourished, a win-win!

Ingredients:
½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
4 tablespoons of plain cream cheese
Zest from 1 fresh lemon
1 packet of Real Ketones Lemon Twist Keto Lean for Life or Weight Loss
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions:

Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor until well-combined.

Scoop out 8 ping-pong sized balls onto a plate and place into the fridge to firm up a bit, for about 5 minutes.

Remove from the fridge and roll into smooth balls.

Serve between 8, storing any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
