Breakfast or brunch is served with a batch of fresh Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes! High in healthy fats and with no added sugar, these will fuel you for a full day while keeping you in line with your health goals!

1 ½ cups almond flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
1 packet of Real Ketones Lemon Twist Lean for Life powder
1 large egg
1 cup plain & unsweetened almond milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
Optional For serving:
¼ cup vegan plain yogurt
¼ cup Keto maple syrup
Fresh lemon zest
Sprinkle of poppy seeds
Combine the almond flour, baking powder and sea salt in a bowl and stir well. Add the Real Ketones Lemon Twist Lean for Life powder and stir again.
Add the egg and almond milk and stir well. Add the melted butter and poppy seeds and stir until well-combined and a thick batter has formed.
Grease a non-stick griddle and pour ¼ cups of batter per pancake onto a griddle heated to medium on the stove. Flip the pancake after a couple of minutes, or when you see small air bubbles forming in the pancake. Continue cooking 2-3 more minutes, being careful to not burn the pancakes.
Continue with the rest of the batter until you have made 4 pancakes.
Serve between 2 with optional vegan plain yogurt, Keto maple syrup, fresh lemon zest and additional poppy seeds. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
