Maple Gazed Ham

This low carb ham will be a delicious treat to your guests, it’s the perfect balance of sweet and savory without any added sugars. Serve this at your Christmas holiday and enjoy with friends and family as you reflect on your memories over the year.

1 3-pound cooked whole ham on the bone
6 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
2 tablespoons stoneground mustard
4 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl, thoroughly mix melted butter, coconut aminos, mustard, sugar-free maple syrup, sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder.

Place ham in a large roasting pan or in a Dutch oven.

Spread butter mixture over the ham.

Place ham in the oven, uncovered and cook for 1 hour, basting with its juices every 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and transfer to a cutting board and slice.

Serve between 8, storing any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
