Mashed Cauliflower
Serves 4
Prep Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 pound of cauliflower rice
1 Tbs. ghee or butter
1 teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 whole scallion, minced
Instructions:
Place ghee or butter in a skillet and bring to medium-low heat.
Add cauliflower rice, sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add to a blender or food processor, along with the almond milk.
Pulse until very creamy.
Serve with turkey gravy and minced scallion.

Turkey Gravy
Serves 8
Prep Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups turkey bone broth
3 Tbs. ghee or butter
2 teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tbs. coconut aminos
2 Tbs. arrowroot powder
Instructions:
Pour turkey bone broth in a medium-sized sauce pan and bring to medium heat.
Add butter, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and coconut aminos and whisk together until the butter is melted.
Reduce heat to a simmer and slowly add in the arrowroot powder, whisking very well to avoid clumps forming.
Remove from the heat and serve over turkey, mashed cauliflower and sausage stuffing.
