Mixed Berry Baked Oatmeal (RK Product)

This Keto “oatmeal” recipe is a breeze to make any day of the week. Simply stir all the ingredients together in a big bowl, then pour into a baking dish and let the oven do the rest! Our Mixed Berry Prime Shift D-BHB powder with caffeine will give you an extra pep in your step!

Cooking Time: 25 minutes  


Ingredients:

Baked Oatmeal:

1 ½ cups piping hot water

1 cup shredded & unsweetened dried coconut

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

½ teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons unsalted butter 

2 packets of Real Ketones Prime Shift D-BHB Caffeinated Mixed Berry powder  

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 large egg

½ cup fresh or frozen (defrosted) mixed berries

Garnishes:

Full-fat plain Greek yogurt

Toasted shredded & unsweetened dried coconut 

Fresh berries

Toasted & chopped pecans 


Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 350 F (176 C).


Add piping hot water to a large mixing bowl.


Stir in dried coconut, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sea salt and butter until well-combined and the butter has melted. 


Stir in the packets of Real Ketones Prime Shift D-BHB Caffeinated Mixed Berry, pure vanilla extract and egg until everything has mixed together very well and it has a smooth consistency.


Stir in the mixed berries.


Pour mixture into a 6” oven-safe baking dish and bake in the oven until the top is golden in color and its center is firm to touch.  


Remove from the oven and let cool a few minutes before serving with optional garnishes.


Serve between 4, storing any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
