Mixed Berry Brioche Cheesecake Donuts (RK Product)

We’ve added our Prime Shift D-BHB Caffeinated Mixed Berry powder to the batter and cream filling of these donuts to experience the most delicious sweet berry flavors. These are almond flour-based, to keep them grain-free and Keto!

Cooking Time: 10 minutes  


Ingredients:

Donuts:

1 cup fine almond flour 

½ teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoons Keto granulated sweetener such as monk fruit 

2 packets of Real Ketones Prime Shift D-BHB Caffeinated Mixed Berry powder  

2 large eggs

½ teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons plain & unsweetened almond milk

Berry Cheesecake Cream:

4 tablespoons plain cream cheese

2 packets of Real Ketones Prime Shift D-BHB Caffeinated Mixed Berry powder  


Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 350 F (176 C).


Mix the almond flour, baking soda, Keto sweetener, and Real Ketones Prime Shift D-BHB Caffeinated Mixed Berry powder in one bowl until well-combined.


Mix the eggs, raw apple cider vinegar, and almond milk in a separate bowl, then slowly add it to the dry ingredients and stir together until a batter forms. 


Grease a muffin tin (8 muffins) and pour batter in each tin, ¾ full.  Bake in the oven until golden in color and its center is firm to touch, about 10 minutes.  


While the donuts are baking, mix the cream cheese and Real Ketones Prime Shift D-BHB Caffeinated Mixed Berry powder in a bowl until well-combined. 


Remove from the oven and let cool a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin and piping with the Berry Cream. You can top each donut with fresh or defrosted frozen berries, if you like.


Serve between 8, storing any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
