These cloud jellies are an excellent addition to your lunch, whether that is in the office, packed in your child’s lunchbox, or at home!

3 tablespoons gelatin powder
¼ cup hot water
2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
½ cup mixed berries
2 packets of Real Ketones Caffeinated Mixed Berry Prime Shift D-BHB Ketones powder
Juice from ½ medium lemon
Mix gelatin and hot water. Quickly add it and remaining ingredients to a food processor and pulse into very creamy and well-combined.
Pour into a 9x13” baking pan lined with parchment paper and use a baker’s spatula to spread it evenly in the pan.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours prior to serving.
Remove from the freezer and slice into 16 squares. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.
