Orange Blast Cinnamon Rolls

Our Orange Blast Prime D+ makes for an amazing cinnamon roll frosting and we are so glad that we discovered this! Warm and gooey citrus frosting is spread over our Keto cinnamon rolls in this recipe and every bite is going to blow you away!

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

3 cups almond flour
3 tablespoons arrowroot powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup brown erythritol
2 large eggs
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ packet of Real Ketones Orange Blast Prime D+
¼ cup brown erythritol
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Orange Cream Cheese Frosting:
2 tablespoons butter, melted
4 tablespoons plain cream cheese
1 ½ packets of Real Ketones Orange Blast Prime D+


Whisk dry dough ingredients in one bowl and wet dough ingredients in another. Gently combine in one large bowl.

Allow to cool in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Place dough in between 2 large pieces of parchment paper using extra almond flour on the bottom and top of the dough so that it’s easy and not sticky to work with and flatten into an 10x10” square with a rolling pin or jar. Remove the top layer of parchment paper so that the dough is exposed.

Sprinkle ½ of a Real Ketones Orange Blast Prime D+ packet over the dough and set aside the rest of the packet to use in the frosting later.

Carefully roll up the dough into a log by folding up the parchment paper carefully and creating a roll. Do this slowly so that you are using the parchment paper and not your fingers to create a log.

Allow to cool for 10 more minutes in the fridge.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove from the fridge and slice into 8 sections and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden in color.

While rolls are baking, prepare your frosting by mixing all frosting ingredients in a bowl. Warm in a microwave just before using.

Remove cinnamon rolls from the oven when they are firm in texture and golden in color and smother frosting over each roll after they have cooled for a few minutes.

Serve between 8, storing any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
